Individual Counselling
In the process of counselling you can discover what holds you back, enabling you to change old patterns and find new ways of approaching and overcoming your difficulties. This leads to better solutions, it enables you to be better grounded and take more control over your life, improving your confidence and self-esteem. Some of the issues we can work on in counselling include low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, fear, addictions, bullying, anger, self harm, panic attacks, mid-life crisis, ageing, career issues, loss and grief, amongst others. I offer both short term counselling (6-12 weeks) and open-ended.
